Next, he will lift and tighten the skin and underlying musculature in the optimum direction and trim away excess tissue. Finally, the surgeon stitches the remaining skin in place. Our cosmetic surgeons sometimes combine a facelift with other complimentary procedures such as eyelid or nose surgery to enhance results for our local and worldwide patients who seek us out at our Manhattan and New Jersey practice.
